Please note that we are not responsible for delays caused once your parcel is with Royal Mail, including situations where parcels may be delayed or held in transit.

Returns & Refunds

Our products are carefully handmade in small batches to preserve their quality. As a result, slight variations between products may occur.

 

We are unable to offer refunds for change of mind.

However, if your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and we will arrange an exchange or replacement.
